Brandon went above and beyond when it came to explaining everything.  He even came out on a Sunday to pull equipment.  Great guy!

Great job explaining about keeping the door closed to an unaffected area to minimize the square & cubic footage to treat.

All staff were great! 

The crew we had here was totally awesome, very courteous, and worked with all of us.  Tony DeLeon, Vincent Perez, Vincent Perez Jr., and Marcus Hernandez - great guys! 

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the job SERVPRO has done.  I know these guys are working hard into the night to help the flood victims.
