Appliance Overflow

Any appliance or other fixtures with pipes that feed into a water line has the potential to develop clogs or ruptures that can lead to serious water damage if left unchecked. Below are common sources of water damage we see.
Toilets - Overflowing toilets are usually caused by a clogged drain or a malfunctioning float that allows too much water to flow into the tank.
Refrigerators - Drain lines in refrigerators can easily clog, which can cause water to puddle around the bottom of the fridge. Ice makers in refrigerators can cause water damage when the water supply line springs a leak.
Water Heaters - A leaky plumbing connection or corrosion can cause your water heater to malfunction and flood your home.
Dishwashers - Overfilling the dishwasher is a common reason for water overflow. Also, worn-out hoses can malfunction causing the water to overflow.
Washing Machines -Clogged floor drains or loose hose connections are usual causes of a washing machine's overflow.
